Deposit

Once we've been in touch and you've confirmed your tour and travel dates, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost to secure your booking.

Deposit payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Payment details will be provided when we confirm your reservation. Your tour is fully secured once we have received your deposit.

If You Need to Cancel

We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your tour, please let us know by email as soon as possible. Cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written notice.

The following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: the 30% deposit will be retained.

• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained.

• Less than 15 days before arrival: payments are non-refundable.

 

We strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to their plans.

Changes or Cancellations by Boutique Morocco Tours

As a family-run business, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for every guest. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen events—may require changes to the planned itinerary.​ 

 

If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and do everything we can to keep your tour as close as possible to the original itinerary while ensuring your comfort and safety.

 

In rare situations, we may need to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, you will be entitled to a refund of payments received by us, less any unrecoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.

If we cancel a tour for any reason other than force majeure, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us.
