Day 2: Casablanca City Tour
Casablanca, or “Casa” as the locals call it, is the largest and most populated city in Morocco. It is also the busiest port and the country’s economic and industrial capital, accounting for more than half of Morocco’s industrial output. The atmosphere is more cosmopolitan than in other parts of the country, with Western dress and fashions predominating. Start discovering Morocco’s largest city and economic capital — Casablanca is the best representation of the modern nation. A brief highlight tour will include Place Mohammed V, as well as the new Grand Théâtre de Casablanca. The city’s handsome Moresque buildings, which blend French-colonial design with traditional Moroccan style, are best seen in the downtown area, the Quartier Habous, and the beachside suburb of Ain Diab. Of course, no visit to Casablanca is complete without seeing the Hassan II Mosque. Sitting in a picturesque location by the sea, it was inaugurated in 1993. Its minaret is the tallest structure in Morocco — and the tallest minaret in the world. While the exterior and surrounding area are impressive, what makes
this mosque especially unique is that it is one of the few in Morocco that non- Muslims are allowed to enter. After our visit we will drive for a delicious lunch by the sea before we go back to the hotel for the rest of the day.

Day 3: Casablanca to Rabat
After breakfast in Casablanca, and around 10 am we begin a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast to reach Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. Known for its calm atmosphere and elegant mix of old and new, Rabat offers a refreshing contrast to the hustle of Casablanca. Upon arrival, we’ll start our guided visit with a walk through the Kasbah of the Udaya’s, a quiet 12th-century fortress perched on a hill overlooking the ocean. Its narrow blue-and-white streets, Andalusian gardens, and seaside views make it one of Rabat’s most charming corners. Next, we head to the impressive Hassan Tower, the remains of a massive mosque begun in the 12th century. Just opposite, we’ll visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, where the late king and his two sons are laid to rest. The site is a masterpiece of modern Alaouite architecture, richly decorated in marble, zellij, and carved cedar. We’ll also take time to pass by the Royal Palace (external view), the official residence of the King of Morocco, set within beautifully kept grounds and surrounded by high walls and ornate gates. After the visit, enjoy some free time for lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a relaxed stroll along the Bouregreg River or some last-minute shopping in the Medina of Rabat, known for its relaxed atmosphere and traditional crafts. In the late afternoon, we will head to the hotel for overnight.

You arrive in Fez by late afternoon, around 4:00 PM, and head straight to your hotel or riad to check in and settle. Day 5: Fez City Tour
Welcome to Fez, the most monumental of Morocco’s Imperial Cities. The medina of Fès el-Bali (Old Fez), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a sensory overload—a maze of narrow lanes and covered bazaars bursting with aromatic food stalls, bustling craft workshops, ancient mosques, and a constant flow of people. As we walk through the narrow, uneven alleyways, daylight filters down between tall, gray walls. On either side, tables overflow with spices, dried fruits, fresh fish, silk, and hand-crafted leather goods. The medina has been home to artisans and traders since medieval times, and many of today’s craftsmen still work in the same stalls as their ancestors. Everywhere you look, cats—the unofficial mascots of the medina—prowl, nap, and scavenge. In this ancient heart of Fez, past and present blend seamlessly: a man guiding a mule through the streets may be talking on his mobile phone, while the skyline is dotted with both satellite dishes and minarets.
Your city tour will include major landmarks such as Bab Boujloud (the Blue Gate), the Jewish Mellah, and Jamaa Al-Karaouine, the oldest continuously operating university in the world, founded in 859 AD. Its tranquil inner courtyard is adorned with intricate, geometric carvings, offering a glimpse into a culture that once remained closed to outsiders. You ll also visit the Medersa Bou Inania, one of Morocco’s finest theological colleges and the spiritual heart of Fez.
Next, explore the Chaouwara Tanneries—perhaps the city’s most iconic (and aromatic) attraction—where leather is still produced using traditional methods that have changed little since medieval times. Time permitting, we’ll also visit clay workshops, artisan quarters, the souks of Morocco’s largest and oldest medina, and the Batha Museum—a former royal palace converted into a museum in 1916, now home to over 6,000 artifacts.

Day 6: Day trip to meknes & wine tasting
In the morning, we depart from Chefchaouen, traveling through Morocco’s vast agricultural fields a route to Meknes, arriving around lunchtime. As an imperial city and former seat of the Moroccan sultanate, Meknes boasts winding medina streets and grand historical architecture. Three layers of ancient fortifications, seamlessly integrated into the city’s layout, highlight its past significance.
At the heart of the imperial city, we visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the imposing royal granary, and the magnificent Bab el-Mansour gate. We then head to Domaine Taleb, a renowned winery near Meknes, to enjoy a delightful lunch paired with locally produced wines. From Meknes, we continue to Volubilis, a UNESCO-listed Roman archaeological site. Only half of this 40-hectare city has been excavated, yet its key landmarks—the Capitol, Basilica, and expansive Forum—stand as remarkable remnants of its past. The Capitol, dedicated to Jupiter, Juno, and Minerva, dates back to AD 218, while the Basilica and Forum dominate the northern section.
